Kansas City Public Works is holding a public meeting about the N Topping Avenue Project. This effort spans from NE 48th Street to NE 43rd Terrace, with progress accelerating since the last public meeting in February 2025. The project's design phase is 100% complete. This event will give residents and interested parties a chance to get updates and answers to questions.
