Kansas City is seeking to fill four vacant storefronts in the 18th and Vine district, and is taking proposals from prospective business owners. The "Request for Proposals" deadline for this process has been extended to Friday, August 8, 2025. Ahead of this deadline, a virtual, pre-bid meeting for applicants will be held on Wednesday, July 9, 2025 from 10:00 to 11:00 AM. This is the second pre-bid meeting for the 18th and Vine RFP.
