Kansas City Health Department Infant Safe Sleep Classes

The Kansas City Health Department's Maternal and Child Health Program offers education on safe sleep practices for infants every Thursday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Classes are designed to teach essential practices for reducing the risk of sleep-related infant deaths. As part of the program, participants will receive a free Pack 'n Play, while supplies last.

Classes are reserved for Kansas City, Missouri, parents and caretakers. 

Remember: Babies sleep safest on their backs in a crib or Pack 'n Play.

*Please note that car seats are available only for primary caregivers. To ensure fairness within the program, car seats will be provided only if your current seat is expired or if your child has outgrown it. This program is strictly for residents of Kansas City, Missouri.
