Kansas City Public Works, in collaboration with consultants from GFT (Transystems), and Kansas City's Planning and Parks Departments, are holding a second public engagement event for the 3rd District Mobility Plan. The team is currently wrapping up a draft plan and would like the community to review and provide input one more time before the plan is finalized for adoption.
