Kansas City is holding a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the completion of the Raytown Road over Lumpkins Fork project!
The ceremony will be held on Monday, August 10, 2026 at 3:30 PM, and will be staged on the bridge. Attendees can park behind the barricades on either side of the bridge, which is on SE Raytown Road in between Highway 150 and 137th Street.
This project involved the replacement of a closed bridge on Raytown Road between Highway 150 and 137th Street. The bridge will officially reopen to drivers at the conclusion of the ceremony.
