Project Description:

The project consists of designing improvements along 63rd Street from Wornall to Troost. The project implements concept level plans developed as part of the 63rd Street PSP Study completed in 2020. The first phase of the improvements will be along 63rd Street between Wornall Road and Main Street, and Brookside Boulevard, between 62nd Terrace and Meyer Boulevard.

Project Timeline:  

• Work will take place in two phases, with concrete curbs, sidewalks and driveways installed prior to resurfacing and striping.
• The North-South Trolley Track Trail is under design
• Pedestrian improvements at Meyer and Wyandotte and Meyer and the Trolley Track Trail are under design
• Project completion Fall 2023
