Project Overview
Involves the replacement of a closed bridge on Raytown Road between Highway 150 and 137th Street. This project is currently in the construction phase, and there are no impacts to traffic at this time as the existing structure is closed.
There will be a ribbon cutting ceremony on Monday, August 10, 2026 at 3:30 PM, and the bridge will reopen at the conclusion of the ceremony.
Project Timeline
Bids opened in Summer 2025, with the contract being awarded in Fall 2025. Major construction is underway as of March 2026, with completion expected in Summer 2026.
