East 31^st Street is located off of I-70 just northeast of Kauffman Stadium. The design spans from Linwood to VanBrunt and will improve traffic flow and pedestrian and bike accommodations.

Roadway improvements include:

• Traffic signal modifications
• Traffic signal installations along 31st Street at VanBrunt, Linwood and Stadium Blvd
• Pedestrian & bike access
• Closures of access point that create traffic conflicts

This project is currently in the design phase, there are no impacts to traffic at this time.
