Hillcrest Road is located in South Kansas City, south of the Kansas City Zoo. The project is focusing on improving the bridge over Small Creek.

Roadway improvements include:

• Improving and/or replacing the deteriorating bridge

Traffic Impact:

This project is currently in the design phase, there are no impacts to traffic at this time.

Current status:  June 2022: Final plans are complete, project on hold for right-of-way acquisition, floodplain development permit, and construction funding.
