Kansas City Health Department to Host Monthly Pop-Up Food Pantry and Resource Fair

Fresh Produce Distribution: Every First Tuesday of the Month

As hunger becomes an increasing concern in the community, the Kansas City Health Department is reminding residents about its food pantry and resource fair. The monthly event will now be held on the first Tuesday of each month at 1:30 PM, instead of the previous second Tuesday schedule. The pantry primarily focuses on distributing fresh produce, and supplies will be available until they run out.

Dates: Tuesday, November 4,2025, and the first Tuesday of each month thereafter at 1:30 PM while supplies last.

Participation: Kansas City Health Department; Partners include University Health, Lead to Read, Harvesters, KansasCity Public Library, and UMKC Health Sciences District.
