Renew or Update your Healthy Homes registration:
- Your Healthy Homes registration is valid for one year following activation. It must be renewed annually and is not transferable. To renew or update your rental registration, you must pay an annual fee.

Missouri Housing Development Commission (MHDC)
- Missouri Housing Trust Fund provides funding for a variety of housing needs, such as rehab or new construction of rental housing and rental assistance.
- MHDC provides funding to qualified organizations and developers for the acquisitions and rehabilitation or new construction of affordable rental housing for low- and moderate-income families.
U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)
- Multifamily Housing Programs: loans and financial assistance for mortgage payments and construction or repairs, as well as subsidies to provide supportive housing for the elderly and people with disabilities.

The Office of Tenant Advocacy provides potential resources for property owners and tenants to resolve issues such as payment assistance.
Apply for the Property Owner Support Program funds:
Property owners providing rental units to eligible tenants will be able to apply to the City’s Property Owner Support Program fund for specific reimbursement requests.
Register your vacant property:
Vacant property registration is required by City ordinance; see 56-582.
