How to view your application status:

• Log in to PeopleSoft
• Sign in
• Click "My Job Applications."
• Your application status will be updated throughout the hiring process.
• **Coming Soon** Status updates by email.

Status meanings:

Applied: You have successfully applied for that position

Draft: You have started an application for that position; however, you have not submitted your job application.

Route (Sent to Dept): Your name has been sent to the department for review, initially based on screening questions you qualify for or the position.

Interview: The department has requested a manual review of your application materials to ensure you are eligible so you can be invited for an interview

Reject: You did not qualify for the position based on education, experience, both education and experience OR the position has been filled, and another candidate has been hired.  You can contact our office for more information if you see a rejection. jobs@kcmo.org

Withdrawn: You withdrew your application from consideration or have contacted our office to be withdrawn for consideration.  You may also see this if your name was added erroneously.
