This specialized docket is for Municipal Court defendants with driver license suspension due to non-payment of child support.  Often traffic offenders are required as a condition of probation to regain their privilege to drive but a child-support related license suspension can be a serious roadblock. Reinstatement Court focuses on this dilemma while also addressing the child support obligations.
