- Download, fill, save and return completed application. It will be processed and you must come to your next court date to speak with the judge to determine the next steps. Return application by:
- email to court@kcmo.org,
- mail to Municipal Court, 511 E. 11th Street, KCMO 64106,
- in the drop box in the lobby or to the Municipal Court Violations Bureau during business hours
- bring it to your next court date for judge to review in person
