2023 Applications:

The following information provides an overview of the “Buy America Preference” (BAP) for infrastructure spending as it applies to Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Recovery Housing Program (RHP), Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG) Program, Continuum of Care (CoC) Program, and Economic Development Initiative (EDI) Community Project Funding (CPF) grantees. It covers the latest updates on the new Build America, Buy America (BABA) regulations at Part 184 of 2 CFR and practical steps grantees should take to implement BAP.
