They go by many names—neighborhood association, homes association, community association, community council and neighborhood council—but they all share the same purposes. They are organizations that unite residents in crime prevention and block watches, neighborhood beautification and cleanup, community forums and relay of neighborhood news.

If you’re looking for a particular neighborhood group or homeowners association, you can search for these by City Council district, organization officer or organization name using Neighborhood Direct - an information hub for neighborhoods, residents and public engagement.

If you belong to one of these, please keep the City up to date about officers and other news by calling (816) 513-3200.
