This year, Kansas City has contracted with the Metropolitan Energy Center (MEC) to assist you with the benchmarking process and complying with the City's ordinance.  MEC can also support you in improving your building’s energy efficiency.  MEC was founded in 1983 and has provided resources, outreach, and training to make alternative fuels and energy efficiency commonplace.
